a favorite place...Rancho Mirage CA

Neville and I love to come out here for a few days every few months. Its too hot in the summer, but great the rest of the year. He golfs, and because we drive, I can fit a ton of projects in the car, that I may or may not do. We have fun memories of spending time here with all our children over the past 5 years.

colors of Sedona Arizona

Nev and I were in Arizona for a few days after Christmas. A day trip to Sedona to see the red rock, has been on my list of things to do. I was not disappointed .... the colors are beautiful and the rocks majestic.

Imagine this being the backdrop to your daily activites?

The houses and new buildings blend in with landscape colors.

I was not a big fan of desert life and vegetation, but it really has grown on me because of the colors and the climate (except for summer) that comes with it. Clear blue skies, hot days and cool nights.

and then it was Autumn...

My favorite season finally came mid December in southern California. The temperatures cooled down, it rained and rained and the trees in our neighborhood displayed their beauty.
